Is it just something we call ourselves, or is it a projection of who our parents expect us to be. In some cases a name may be intended to emulate or pay respect to a relative, or a great politician, musician or artist. A name might also be a trendy new handle like Madison or Dylan.
Our goal for BabyNameRegistry is to provide a resource for new parents to research names, and have open and fluid dialog with other parents to socialize names before the name tag is permanently applied to our new children.
